In comparison with hotels - which are rated by stars - the apartments offer separate kitchenette, separate living room and Shower/bath/W.C. In each bedroom there are twin or double beds and for big families extra beds can be added in living room.

Category A: Self Catering accommodation with the comfort and facilities of a 3-star hotel. Restaurants, bars, cafeterias, swimming pool, gardens, 24-hour reception service are some of the facilities that this category offers. There are studios, 1or 2-bedroom apartments all with kitchen, living room, telephone and air conditioning in bedrooms. In addition cleaning (every day) and leaning service (at least 3 times a week) is available, at no extra cost.
Category B: Self Catering accommodation with the comfort and facilities of a 2-3-star hotel. Restaurant, bar, swimming pool, 24-hour reception service are some of the facilities that this category offers. There are studios, 1 or 2-bedroom apartments all with kitchen, living room, telephone and air conditioning in bedrooms (at extra charge). In addition cleaning and leaning service is available, at no extra cost.
Category C: Self Catering Apartment accommodation with the comfort and facilities of a 1-2star hotel. A small bar, reception day-service are some of the facilities that this category offers. There are studios, 1 or 2-bedroom apartments all with kitchen, living room and air conditioning in bedrooms (at extra charge). In addition cleaning and leaning service is available at no extra cost. Usually these are family-run small properties.
Again, in comparison with hotels prices are PER APARTMENT - NOT PER PERSON and they vary, depending on the location, the extra facilities and services that each unit offers. Please note that most of the lower categories offer some upgrade facilities & services, at no extra cost. For example, a category C unit can offer swimming pool etc.
