Location: Situated in a beautiful rural location, holiday Cyprus Villa MARY enjoys a favorable position and provides superb views of the Mediterranean and the surrounding countryside. This traditional Cyprus villa lies amongst private full-grown gardens, lending a relaxing, 'away-from-it-all' atmosphere.  On the other hand, it is only two kilometers away from the beach of Coral Bay where one can find shops, plenty of bars, cafés, restaurants and several popular beachside taverns. It is also only two kilometers away from the busier village of Peyia providing a great choice of traditional taverns and shops.

Behind the single-storey Cyprus villa, the paved terrace around the private swimming pool is liberally furnished with loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs; the outside lighting is ideal for entertaining and late night feasts prepared on the portable barbecue. Dining during the day is also enjoyed under the shade of the covered terrace, from which double doors lead into the lounge.

Decorated in a traditional island style consisting of whitewashed walls, tiled flooring and colorful furnishings, the villa's interior also features a lounge with satellite television, video player, cd/cassette player. An elegant archway leads to the well-equipped kitchen with dark pine cabinets and black marble counters. The master bedroom is comprised of a double bed and a satellite TV while the other two bedrooms have twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and doors opening onto a wide sunny terrace. An adjoining full bathroom and two separate washrooms also add to the facilities available.

Reception: 1 lounge with satellite TV.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen featuring dark pine cabinets and black marble worktops. Appliances includes washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas stove, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board.
Dining area with six-suite dining set.
Bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with double bed and satellite TV; 2 twins with two single beds. All bedrooms fitted with wardrobes and doors opening onto the terrace.
Wash Rooms: 1 full bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin; 2 washroom with WC and washbasin.

Outdoors: Terrace with tables and chairs, mature gardens, portable barbecue.
Swimming pool 8mx4m, sun beds, umbrellas.

Maid Service: Twice a week a housekeeper is available.

Supplements: Air-conditioning is available at extra cost,  payable locally. The owner is willing to help you with any requirements that may arise (e.g. extra beds, baby cots, tables, chairs, etc.) Safe Deposit Box is available at extra charge

Distances: Beach at Coral Bay is approximately 2km. Paphos town centre is approx 11 km. Paphos airport is approx 27 km.
