We kindly request that you carefully read the following text and understand the booking conditions, so as to avoid any misunderstandings and make the transaction fast and easy. In order to avoid misunderstandings on arrival, our customers are advised to print out this page and save it.

We have the right to change, modify, update, add, or remove all or any portion of these Terms of Use at its discretion at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of this website signifies that you agree to those changes.

Minimum Villa Rental

From 1st April until 31st October the minimum rental period is 7 nights

How to Book a holiday Cyprus villa

Choose the Cyprus villa for your needs and submit the booking form. As soon as we receive your request you will be contacted via email - within one business day - for vacancy information, approval booking code and request for payment.

Deposits

For reservations we require a minimum deposit 30% of the total cost. As soon as we receive your remittance we shall send you a receipt & confirmation. The rest of the amount will be automatically charged (Unless otherwise pre-instructed) to your credit card, 30 days before the check in date and you will receive another payment receipt on that date. For reservations 30-0 days before check in the whole amount (100%) of the total cost is payable.

How to pay with security

All payments are made through a SECURE SERVER. If you prefer not to send your personal data through the Internet, please contact us via telephone (++357 25 320 905)

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation made for any reason will result in "cancellation fees". The usual cancellation fee rate is as follows:

*Notice given up to 90 days before check in: €50.00 (Fifty Euros)
*Notice given from 90- 60 days before check in: The cancellation charge is 30% of the total amount.
*Notice given from 60 - 30 days before check in: The cancellation charge is 50% of the total amount.
*Notice given from 30-01 days before check in: The cancellation charge is 100%.
*Non Show : The cancellation charge is 100%.

Note: Refunds or charges will be made in your account accordingly.

Extension/Alteration of Holidays

Extending one's holiday Cyprus villa is not always possible. We cannot guarantee that clients will stay in a similar quality villa, although every effort will be made. No refund will be given for a shorter stay than the one you booked and we are free to re-let the villa after the client's departure.
